Nicholas J. DeIuliis

Nicholas J. DeIuliis is president of CONSOL Energy. He has more than 23 years of experience with the company and in that time has held positions of chief operating officer, senior vice president of Strategic Planning, and various engineering positions. He was a director, president, and chief executive officer of CNX Gas Corporation from its creation in 2005 through 2009. In addition, Mr. DeIuliis is a registered professional engineer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and a member of the Pennsylvania Bar.

Mr. DeIuliis is director at-large of the board of directors of the Independent Petroleum Association of America. He serves as a director of the following organizations including the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the Bituminous Coal Operators' Association, Inc., the Center for Sustainable Shale Development, the Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation, and the Catholic Foundation Advisory Board. In addition, he is a member of The University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute and UPMC CancerCenter Council and the Industrial & Professional Advisory Council College of Engineering the Pennsylvania State University.
