Stanley Marks, MD (Medical Oncology)
Dr. Marks received his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He completed his residency training at Presbyterian Hospital, and fellowship training in clinical medicine and research medicine at Peter Bent Brigham Hospital, Harvard Medical School and Dana Farber Cancer Center. He has received numerous awards including the Golden Apple Award for Outstanding Dedication to Housestaff Education from Allegheny General Hospital, Hillel Academy Outstanding Alumnus, and The Winged Victory of Samothrace Award from the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Western Pennsylvania. In addition, Dr. Marks has been named as one of the Top Physicians in America, as well as Best Doctors of America in hematology and medical oncology. He is on the boards and committees of many charitable organizations including the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, the American Cancer Society, Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, and the Cancer Caring Center. He also serves as one of the medical directors of Forbes Hospice. Dr. Marks has been in practice for over 25 years and is board certified in hematology.
